Our coolers are crafted from rotationally-molded LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) plastic, designed to achieve optimal durability with even wall thicknesses. This ensures robustness and longevity.

Thermal Insulation

Equipped with up to two inches of Ecomate polyurethane foam, our hard-sided coolers offer superior insulation. This unique foam has no global warming potential, no ozone depletion potential, and contains no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Our advanced thermal properties maintain optimal cooling performance for extended periods.

Lid Gasket

Experience superior sealing with our rubber gasket. Designed to trap cold air and retain the freshness of your contents, even in hot temperatures. The lid ensures that your items stay colder, fresher, and longer—perfect for all your adventures. Dry goods trays are sold separately.

Bear-Resistant Certifications

All Grizzly hardside coolers are IGBC (Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee) Certified Bear-Resistant, providing an extra layer of security and protection for your belongings. Each cooler features two lock holes to further secure your contents.
